The Regulatory BoardThe Board of Directors, called "Regulatory Board" is composed of seven members appointed by the Prime Minister's decree for a term of three years renewable only once. The Regulatory Board meets once a month as well as on an "as needed" basis. The Supervisory BoardThe Supervisory Board consists of three members appointed by a Presidential Decree for a period of 3 years and may be renewed once. Director GeneralThe Director General is also appointed by the decree of the Prime Minister for a term of 3 years renewable only once. He is in charge of the day-to-day management of the activities of the Agency. |
