Waterways Transport

To fulfill her mandate of regulating all public utilities, Rwanda Utilities regulatory Agency (RURA) established the directorate of Waterways Transport in a bid to regulate movement of goods people on Rwandan lakes. The first staff of the directorate was recruited in November 2008.
