The finance department is a corporate service which gives support to the top management in order to ensure transparency, accountability, fairness and efficiency in the day to day management of the financial resources put at the disposal of the institution.

It fulfils this key function through two specific sections, namely the accounting and budgeting sections. The directorate has 5 professionals and works in close collaboration with economic regulation directorate for resource mobilization and human resource and administration directorate for asset management.
