Human Resources & Administration

The directorate of human resources & administration provides effective human resource services by attracting and maintaining employees and administer the employees effectively in order to support RURA in achieving its strategic goals. It facilitates key data to various levels of management to maintain effective flow of communication. This directorate ensures adequate staffing; training needs and manages people so that people and the organization are performing at maximum capability in a highly fulfilling manner. The current workforce of RURA is 122 and is expected to grow to 160 soon.
